We just have pumpkins out!!!!
Love, Pumpkin
Oh nooooooooooo! I do love all the kitchy Jesus stuff.
Somebody in my neighborhood has one of those nylon blow up snowmen things, but it's a jack-o-latern "snowman" so it's an orange pumpkin thing with a witches hat on top. Sooooo bizarre. Now they're blurring the holiday boundaries. Aarp?
I think the Pamarian and the Pops would both agree that the most hellish place we've been was the Ecuadorian version of Walmart on Christmas eve in Guayaquil. Spooky, truly.
Hmmm, I see none of this in my site...
Thank you for all your thoughtful comments and reflections. I'll be calling Peace Corps tomorrow to accept my invitation to Costa Rica, your posts gave me some extra inspiration! (and some food for thought). I imagine you have a full set of Christmas figurines after three months of store-front temptation :)
